Pet the Cat!

Added Skip the Cat!
You can pet him to keep his peace level up!
Press space while you have him selected to give him a pet.
If you ignore him he can get aggressive and turn into "SkipTrap"
Right now he's not fully implemented, just you can pet him and see his stats change.

Added Encourage workers and Charm customers
Press space on a worker (while selected) to give words of encouragement!
Their movement speed will temporarily increase while encouraged.
There is a cooldown between encouragements,
it's represented by a white circle beneath your character

Added Saved Scores
The game will now remember your highest score and display it on the menu
It also remembers your longest survival time in Final Fathom

Major Rendering Rework
-Reworked rendering function to draw objects behind other objects correctly
-Changed interface to respond to your canvas size
-Added color to currently selected display

Minor Mobile Support
Experimented with some mobile capability.
Right now it can accept touches to move character on mobile.
